An Update on the Urinal House

Remember back in the beginning of December when a Ferndale house with urinals right in the kitchen was making its rounds across the internet? Well we wondered what ever happened to it and have an update for you!

The house was asking $165,000 and sold for OVER ASKING. That’s right. Someone paid more than asking for the urinal house. We can’t make this stuff up. The new owners paid $169,420.

Next, the new owners decided to rent it out for $1,750 a month. $1,750! We can’t even. Someone rented a house with urinals in the kitchen.
